The „Specialist Graduate Professional Study in Optometry” project is nearing its completion. After the successful development of the e-learning platform on which the course materials were implemented, it was necessary to perform testing and evaluation of the e-learning platform. The evaluation was planned for April, but it had to be postponed for autumn due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Considering the fact that the pandemic is still ongoing, the e-learning evaluation was performed in accordance with the current epidemiological measures. Thirty-six third year students of the undergraduate study programme in Optometry attended the evaluation procedure, so we would like to thank them for their participation in the implementation of the final activities of the project. The platform was likewise tested by seventeen lecturers who held a meeting with the project team prior to evaluation. Evaluation and testing of the e-learning platform is an important step in project activities, since the opinion of students and lecturers as future end users serves to improve the developed e-learning platform.
