Today a press conference was held at the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica, at which the project of “Specialist graduate professional study in Optometry” was presented. Let us provide a reminder that the University, as the project holder, has begun the implementation of the project on 12 October 2018 within the scope of the Internationalization of Higher Education tender. The partner of the VVG in this project is the Ambitio College.
Project leader Alen Stranjik pointed out the importance of developing a new specialist graduate professional study programme in English, as well as improving teacher and student competences. Partner representative Mia Bolf explained the manner of implementing the key project activity, or the development of the curriculum for the new study programme.
Apart from that, the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica and its partner received a sum of 1.795.570,23 kunas for this project from the European Social Fund. The project will last until April 2020.
